RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

QR8 Musical Solutions provides a digital subscription service. As such, the following return and refund terms apply specifically to digital content and are compliant with UK and EU regulations.

SECTION 1 - DIGITAL SERVICES: NON-REFUNDABLE All sales of digital subscriptions are final. By purchasing a subscription to QR8, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and waive your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once your subscription begins, no returns, refunds, or cancellations for partial months are permitted.

SECTION 2 - EXCEPTIONS UNDER EU LAW If you have not yet accessed or streamed any content, and you are a resident of the European Union, you retain the right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days from the time of order. To request a cancellation under this condition, contact info@qr8musicalsolutions.co.uk before accessing the service.

SECTION 3 - PHYSICAL GOODS (IF APPLICABLE) If QR8 ever provides physical products in the future (e.g., merchandise), our standard return policy for such items will apply as outlined below:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at info@qr8musicalsolutions.co.uk.

Returns must be pre-approved. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return label.

SECTION 4 - REFUND TIMING Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
